I have not even had this product two months. It's broken even after I followed ALL the care instructions. I called KAZ or who ever. They are not helpful and even suggested I did not know what I was talking about. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HUMIDIFIER.

It worked last winter and now we try to us it and it does not power up. Seems lots of other people are having the same issue. This unit was expensive too compared to other models.

gets the job done except sometimes it doesn't work and I have to take the tank off, put it back on, take it back off, put it back on and so forth just to get it to work. I like that you can put the vapor scented pads in it to make the steam smell minty

I love the Vicks products all the way down to the vapor baths for my baby.I bought this product for my son, I was using this product and realized that it would leak water and it also would release too much vapor and wet the surrounding. Tonight I needed it to work for he is sick and it won't turn on at all? I'm frustrated and disappointed
